For those of us living with autoimmune disease, rhythm matters because our capacity changes. What works one day may not work the next. Rhythm allows for that movement without turning it into failure.

March always used to mean momentum. I would start filling in dates. Projects. Appointments. Things I had put off all winter.

Awareness is not just about information. It’s about understanding the lived reality of this body. It’s about recognizing that healing and rebuilding trust take time.
