1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Life Coaching for Change website, client portal, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This includes all content, features, and communications provided through our Platform, including emails, text messages, and other electronic communications.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.
All content and functionality on our Platform—including text, images, video, audio, software, designs, and arrangements—are the exclusive property of Life Coaching for Change and are protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Platform at any time without prior notice.
2. Limited Use License

Message Frequency: Varies based on your interaction with our services.
Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt-In and Opt-Out
To Join: Opt in by providing your mobile number through our registration process
To Stop: Reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe (you may also use QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE)

Important Messaging Disclosures
Messages require human intervention to initiate and are not sent by automated dialers
Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is outside our control
We do not guarantee message delivery timing or success
MMS messages will default to SMS if your device doesn't support MMS

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services).
Arbitration Terms
Governing Law: Texas state law (excluding conflict of law provisions)
Individual Basis Only: No class action, consolidated, or representative proceedings
Jury Trial Waiver: Both parties waive the right to a jury trial
Federal Arbitration Act: Governs all arbitration proceedings
Rules: JAMS Comprehensive Rules (claims over $250,000) or Streamlined Rules (claims $250,000 or less)
Costs: Each party advances half of arbitration costs; prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees
Confidentiality: Arbitration proceedings and awards remain confidential
The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, with limited grounds for appeal.
10. Modifications to Terms
Life Coaching for Change reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of our Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Life Coaching for Change regarding use of our Platform.
