who knows all too well how an autoimmune diagnosis can be life-altering and turn your world upside down. After my own diagnosis and healing journey from RA began, I noticed the massive missing link in the healing process for patients with an autoimmune condition. Their entire world had just changed, they felt like they’d never be able to walk/run/play with their grandkids again, yet they didn’t feel like anyone could actually “understand” what they were going through. Talk about the challenges of a “hidden” disease.

You might be finding yourself…
  • Overwhelmed by all the drugs being prescribed to you
  • The endless list of medical terms, potential drug side effects and challenges that you might face
  • Being put in the victim spot by friends or family making you (likely not on purpose) feel like you’re handicapped
  • Feeling scared shitless (will I ever be active with my kids or grandkids again?)
  • Not sure where to go after the doctor told you those words you never expected to hear, “you have an autoimmune disease.”

Think of me as your RA/ autoimmune confidant as you navigate the beginning of your healing journey. I help you feel like a warrior instead of a victim.

Living With Rheumatoid Arthritis

"I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2022, it was quite a setback for me."

"Being a mother, a wife and working professionally as a seamstress, needing to use my hands. It was quite a struggle to deal with it all. My doctor suggested that I look into a support group for people with RA. I found many support groups online but the information I was getting was not very positive. Through a search on Google, fortunately, I was able to find Annmarie from Life Coaching For Change. She really understood the pain and the challenges that I was facing. "

"Beside helping me to better understand the disease she was able to help me with my thoughts about it.

"How do I deal with it on a day-to-day basis? What steps can I take to further help myself and what are my expectations for the future? Finding Annmarie has changed my life, I have been working with her for 6 months and plan on continuing to work with her."
