You Don’t Have to Recover or Heal Alone
You might be...
- Hearing terms like biologics, Sero-Positive, SeroNegative, prednisone, pain medication, Humira, and "nodules"—thinking like this sounds like Greek to you!
- Spending countless hours on Dr. Google and feeling lost, overwhelmed, and not sure where to go next.
- Fearing potentially being in a wheelchair for the rest of your life or losing function of your hands and thinking—no way, Jose!
- Worried you won’t be able to play with your grandchildren or attend family parties like you used to.
- Noticing that you’re losing fine motor function skills—and things like not being able to open a water bottle feels like it’s becoming a terrible nightmare.
- Tired of having to plan your day around flare-ups and intense oncoming pain?
- Constantly thinking about what the prognosis is for the rest of your life with this diagnosis
- Feeling overwhelmed when you have doctor’s appointments coming up

Here's What's Possible With Annmarie as Your Autoimmune Support Coach
- Regaining Physical Strength—
Think of attending those family functions, walking, dancing, hiking, kayaking, bowling, and other physical activities.
- Giggling at the Fact
That you finally can open a water bottle and reflect on how difficult it once was.
- Learning How to Ask for Help
And stop the self-judgment (and trust me, this was one of my biggest challenges).
- Accepting Your Diagnosis
And finding ways to not let your autoimmune condition define your life
- Seeing a Future With Possibilities Again—
vacations, passion projects, crocheting, painting the house, and dreaming.
- Developing Healthier Coping Skills—
meaning going for a walk instead of reaching for a bottle to numb the pain.

Here’s How We Work Together
Initial Consultation
We will set up an initial consultation to learn more about your diagnosis and your prognosis and identify the emotions that you are currently experiencing. We will see if we’re a good fit to work together, and you can choose your desired package.
Weekly Meetings
We then meet weekly, and you will have the opportunity to vent, cry, and laugh as you need. I will give you journal prompts on a weekly basis to support your emotional well-being and mental health as you navigate your diagnosis.
Uncover Themes
Each week, we will cover a different theme related to your protocol, grief, fear, and overwhelm and address anything else that is surfacing for you in your day-to-day life and relationships.
Hey There!
If You’re New Here, I’m Your RA/Autoimmune Fairy Godmother, Annmarie Entner!
After receiving the news of my own diagnosis of RA in 2019, I noticed that the emotional side of a life-altering condition was seldom talked about. I found the most important thing to support me beyond my doctor’s guidance was through incorporating journal prompts, breathing exercises, and self-inquiry practices (along with the support of a mentor). These days, I help those diagnosed with autoimmune diseases navigate their healing process with some of the same practices that helped me all those years ago. Think of me as an extended member of your family who understands what you’re saying—whether it’s hearing about your most recent flare-up, helping you navigate your grief journey of “why me,” or just being there to remind you it’s all going to be ok (with the reminder that hey, it’s okay to not be ok), I’m your biggest cheerleader.
